    When a student buy a course, using the offline payment (installed the Offline Payment Plug-in), and I go to the order to set it as “Finished” so the student can have access to the course.
    So the problem is that in the back-office the order appears with a check mark, but for the student it appears as “not enrolled” or “In process”.

    If I manually change the status to “enrolled” in the database, the user has access to the lessons, but this is very annoying.

    Any help, please?

    Because this is Offline Payment so you need change status of the order by yourself

    I guess you didn’t read my post…
    I’ve changed the status on the order, but the students weren’t enrolled automatically.

    By the way, I’ve found the problem.
    There’s a setting that I had to enable, under “Learnpress” -> “Settings” -> “Payments” -> “Auto Enroll”

    Maybe I have misunderstood your mean
    although your issue is resolved, I’m sorry about this
