Enquiry: exam results checking function

    I am looking for something like this to display exam results.
    Basically, we are organizing events offline, the participants will get their physical certificates. For the online part, the participant enters his/her certificate number, and outcomes the result in a tabular/certificate form.
    Example page: http://aws.amazon.com/verification
    The user does not need to log in, anyone with the certificate number can retrieve the results, only needs to complete the query on the web page.

    Kindly note that we don’t have this feature by default. If you really need this to have, it will be a customization of the plugin.
