Enlarge/Move the Settings Menu?

    Is there any way to enlarge, move, expand the Settings Menu sidebar?

    I use a gallery plugin that operates within that area, and I need to re-arrange photos frequently. With a big number of photos and only two thumbnails in one row, this can be quite tiresome.

    Maybe a custom setting to expand the area? Or a plugin that moves the Settings Menu to the bottom?..

    Suggestions are highly appreciated.

    It’s the standard Settings Menu sidebar in the Visual Editor that comes with WordPress I’m not talking about, not a specific theme. The gallery plugin I use is SimpLy Gallery.
