Just confirming here, Yes, there is an issue of endless notifications on some of the servers caused due to an issue with some mysql versions having trouble with datetime comparison on string.
I will be updating it today/tomorrow and will check with @simplestepshealthcoach before reporting again here.

I believe I have your most current version as well. I am also receiving endless notifications.
Also, I would like to move the notifications outside of the wp-admin bar. Is this possible?
