End date set to next day

I am using this great plugin as a list in a sidebar and everything is working wonderfully… except one thing.
If I have a full day event going on from Oct 1st until Oct 3rd, where the 3rd is the last full day the list will show the end date as Oct 4th.

I am not sure if this is normal in some countries, but it will not work for me. It has to say end date Oct 3rd. The Google calendar shows it correctly, but not my sidebar list (widget). Any fix for this or a way to solve it?
(The calendar is public and I can not trick this one by moving the last day ahead).
