Good afternoon everyone and anyone reading this,

I have recently encountered some issues with editing texts and images in the blocks my website uses to provide information to my customers. While editing my page, I found that all of the blocks with all my information have an error message stating, “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.” I am unable to edit or change the blocks texts or images in anyway on the website. I have tried refreshing the webpage multiple times as well as checking to see if I have the up-to-date programs, however these do not seem to be the issue. If anyone has experienced a similar issue with their website, please let me know how you were able to fix the issue. I appreciate any insight on the matter. Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    ___

If you can install plugins, install and activate “Health Check”: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health.
On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.
There’s a more detailed description about how to use the Health Check plugin and its Troubleshooting Mode at https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/
