    Hi there, thanks for writing.

    First of all, please make sure you are using the latest version of Wp Store Locator (2.3.2). We did introduce a fix a few days ago related to marker clusters.

    Hi again, thanks for getting back.

    After a closer examination to your website, I think you have an issue that you have to fix first before the map works properly (see screenshot). Your default start point is located somewhere near the Equator, which generally indicates misconfiguration of the plugin. Please have a look at this article for reference and get back if that doesn’t do the trick: The Start Marker is Placed on the Equator Near Africa.
