Actually WordPress supports comments without any plugin necessary. Comments can be enabled site-wide and for specific posts (including submitted posts). Yes, I’m aware of that. The problem is we don’t want to enable comments globally, only for specific posts as the post is created. This is possible through the backend post editor by clicking the enable comments button during post creation, but apparently not with your plugin. This would be very useful.
I think it’s a great idea and have added to the idea list for a future update. Thank you for the feedback, @acrspf.
