Hi, it would be awesome if the Single Icon block supported pattern overrides so that it could be included in a reusable block/pattern and the icon could be swapped for another icon (bonus if the color could be overridden as well). Thanks so much for this great plugin.

I will look into this. It sounds like a great feature indeed. I have been working with nested bloks that use the icon blok a lot lately myself and patterns would be great to reuse this kind of markup.

Thanks so much, that was very quick! It looks to work great.

There’s a few UI quirks, but it seems to function as expected.

    1. There is a duplicate “Overrides” sections in the sidebar Advanced panel. Looks like maybe the plugin is doing its own along with the UI that WordPress includes already?
    2. Clicking “Replace” or “Replace color” buttons was shifting the block right about 40 pixels. Could be theme related though, not sure.
    3. There may be a way to just include the normal text/background color options in the override instead of a separate attribute that is always visible (even when not overriding).

Overall those items can be overlooked and just having the function alone is super helpful and I appreciate your time and work!

Oh and I noticed a version 1.8 was released, but did not include the updates, and 1.8.0 was released after with correction. We use Composer with wpackagist.org to manage plugins, and it seems to merge those two versions as the same and was loading as the 1.8 version. It looks like a new release as 1.8.1 or similar would correct that. Thank you.

UI quirks have been fixed in 1.8.1 and I also rolled out a small secuity fix. Version 1.8 and 1.8.0 are the same, but something went wrong while comitting the changes.
