Enable Admin to hide members from directory

Hi,

First kudos for a great plugin, it does 90% of the stuff but we always have to pick on the other 10%!

It would be very handy for the admin to be able to hide specific users from showing in any member directories, either for maintenance or testing purposes, or to hide deactivated users.
There’s already a “UM action” dropdown up there in the standard WP user management tab, so “hide” would be great although you should be able to both hide and deactivate a member (not mutually exclusive).

I think this feature was on the roadmap about a year ago, is it still in the works? Or it’s out there and I didn’t see it ?
