Those features should still be there when you go to http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpseo_tools&tool=file-editor.
If they aren’t, there may have been an issue when updating the plugin. Could you please delete the plugin and reinstall it?

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I tried uninstalling / installing again. Same problem. However, now, if I access the page directly it will load. So half of the problem is fixed 🙂
Reinstalling the plugin doesn’t work. Still have only three icons and empty space beside them. Can’t open/close arrows on post edit screen, nor access “screen options” tab on the top.
