Empty SRC for images from media library

    Hello.

    I’ve a problem with wordpress.

    When I upload an image into media from the post page, it uploads without any problem, but if I try to insert the image from my media library in the article i got a blank src tag, so the image doesn’t appear. Here’s an example of the code i receive:

    <a href="http://pesfan.it/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/afc_logo.jpg"><img src="" alt="afc_logo" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-10462" /></a>

    Instead, if I try to insert an image from URL, everything is ok. So, for the moment, I’ve to upload the image, copy the link and go to “insert from URL”.

    I tried to disable all the plugins I’ve and to use the default theme, but it didn’t worked. What should I do?
