it basically means that a search of a string for another string was passed an empty string as the search term
from what i’ve seen on this, it’s likely a plugin conflict
have you already tried the process of disabling all plugins and enabling them one at a time?
if not please start there
also what version of woocommerce?
For help with WooCommerce, best to ask on their forums here:

hey WPyogi – for my own knowledge, do we direct users to the plugin authors even if it’s a free plugin
i know from the rules that we try to help on free themes, but what about free plugins like woocommerce?
i apologize for just posting this, i couldn’t find a way to pm you

I’m using the latest version of Woocommerce.
If I disable plugins does it delete the information I’ve entered in them? Like if I were to disable woocommerce itself, would I have to re-enter everything? Thanks so much for your help!
generally this is safe to do
that being said take a backup first
than try disabling all plugins *except* for woocommerce and see what happens
here are some known woocommerce issues to make sure none of these apply to you
