Employer role capabilities

I’m trying to set up the Employer role capabilities to see All Job Listings and Settings when the user is logged in. Currently, they can only see Add New and Job Types.
I’ve installed WPFront End User Role to manage the capabilities. Here’s a list of all the capabilities that are enabled:
