Embedding video with GoDaddy hosting

Hey all

Apologies if this is a stupid question

Am running WordPress through GoDaddy, and just uploaded an AVI video file through their FTP File Manager.

I now need to embed it into a post but have no idea how to go about it.

My doman is trashlounge.co.uk, and the only thing I’ve tried is doing http://www.trashlounge.co.uk/filename.avi which doesn’t get me anywhere.

Any ideas?
