I’ve been using another plugin for my forms, but I noticed Omnisend offers this feature as well. It got me thinking that I might not need multiple tools if everything can be managed in one place. What’s the process of embedding an Omnisend form on a Woocommerce store?

    Hi there,

Absolutely! If you’re already using Omnisend for your email marketing, using our built-in forms can be a great way to keep everything managed in one place.

Here’s how to create and embed an Omnisend form on your WooCommerce store:

Step 1. Navigate to Forms and click Create Form.

Step 2. In the Forms Library, select Embedded forms, choose one of the available templates, and click Use template.

Step 3. You’ll be redirected to the Form Builder, where you can customize the design using our drag-and-drop editor and add any additional elements you’d like.

Along with collecting email addresses, you can also add input and dropdown fields to capture information such as phone numbers, birth dates, or custom properties.

    Embedding the form in WooCommerce

Step 1. In Omnisend, click Enable, select Manual, and copy the form embed code.

Step 2. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.

Step 3. Navigate to the page or post where you’d like the form to appear, then either create a new page/post or edit an existing one.

Step 4. Click the + Block Inserter, search for Custom HTML, and add the block to your page.

Step 5. Paste the embed code into the Custom HTML block. You can preview the form directly within the editor before publishing.

Once you publish or update the page, your Omnisend embedded form will be live on your WordPress/WooCommerce store.

We hope this helps you get started! If you need any assistance along the way, just let us know. We’ll be happy to help you get everything up and running so you can focus on growing your business.
