embedding movie issues

and about a month or two ago, I starting having problems with my blog (uploader stopped allowing photos to be posted, etc). I can’t embed any youtube.com videos for some reason. When I post them, the entry is just blank!

The code in the html of my entry is this:

<param value=”http://www.youtube.com/v/l7nsnnf7cZg&hl=en&fs=1&#8243; name=”movie” />
<param value=”true” name=”allowFullScreen” />

Why isn’t it showing up? What am I doing wrong?? Argh.
