embedding .mov files into pages

hi there. i run a wordpress powered site at http://www.rapnews.co.uk

my problem concerns the top post in my blog, ‘lowlife videos’.

this page is fine but when you click on some of the links to pages containing embedded videos, the window cuts off some of the control buttons at the bottom of the window, like the ‘pause’ and ‘play’ buttons.

this isn’t to do with the size settings in the code, as whatever this is set to, some of the bar is still not fully visible.

for some of the videos, the bar isn’t present at all.
