Embedding a Video Without Controls or Window Frame

I am trying to embed an mp4 video onto a page. I would like it to appear without the window frame or any controls, so that when you get to the page it looks like it is a part of it and it automatically starts playing. I have tried iframes but I still can see the pause/start buttons, and the frame around the video.
