Embedding a video on a row

Hello,
I am trying to embed a video on a row, with custom height, full width and no sound and youtube captions after hovering on it. I am using sydney’s theme.

I have the exact thing I need on our store, http://www.velociflame.com/store if you scroll, you’ll find a video embedded about a graphic card. I want to learn to make the exact thing, just on my main page.
