  • Why would you need a plugin? All you need to do is insert the default code in the template where you want it to appear. Nothin’ to it.

blazin6543: Just disable the WYSIWYG editor (click on “Users” at the top and then scroll to the bottom) and then you can paste in any HTML you like, including that for SWF files.

i have a bunch of them i want to add, and having a seperate template for each one will become a pain

the sysiwyg idea works, but having to change back and fourth each time gets annoying too 🙁

    o well, thanks anyways

You mean you have a bunch of swf files that will “rotate” or something? They’ll all be in the same place, but every now and then you want to swap them out?

You could probably do that with an include – then you’d just have to edit the include when you want to change them out – something like that…

If that’s what you’re looking for, let me know. I could probably post some (ideawise, but non-tested) code that ay help you with that.

basically i have a parent page that has links to child pages…. on each child page there is a different video… i have the plugin for youtube and google but swf didnt work… the wysiwyg option works, its a tad incovenient, but it works so i cant complain 🙂

i have the same problem tooyumen
