We have used the free BeRocket Sale Report Plugin for years to send out daily email pushes for products that have sold over the past 24 hours. The plugin had stopped working months ago. I have gone in and tweaked settings to get the emails to push again. I have removed and trashed the Report Variant and resubmitted a new Report Variant. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. Nothing I seem to try seems to fix it. Any suggestions?

    Hello,

Since the report is sent automatically once per day, there are a few things we should check.

    First, please open:
    wp-admin → BeRocket
Then scroll down to the Errors section, select the Sale Report plugin, and click Get errors. Please copy the most recent errors from the Error List and send them to us.

Also, please check whether your WordPress site is able to send emails in general. Our plugin uses the standard WordPress wp_mail() function, so if WordPress itself cannot send emails, the report emails will not be sent either.

    A few things to check:

    1. Did you recently change your hosting, SMTP plugin, email provider, or sender email settings?
    2. Do other WordPress emails work, for example password reset emails or WooCommerce order emails?
    3. If you use an SMTP plugin, does its email log show any failed emails?
    4. Have you tried sending the report to a different recipient email address, for example a Gmail address? Sometimes the recipient mail server may block or reject the email.

Please also check whether WP-Cron is working correctly on your site. The daily report depends on scheduled WordPress tasks. If WP-Cron is disabled or not running, the report may never be triggered even if the plugin settings are correct.

    If possible, please send us:

    • The latest plugin errors from BeRocket → Errors
    • Your WordPress and WooCommerce versions
    • The Sale Report plugin version
    • Whether other WordPress/WooCommerce emails are being sent successfully
    • Whether WP-Cron is enabled or handled by a real server cron job

Once we have this information, we can better understand whether the problem is with the report generation, scheduled task, or email sending.

    Regards,
    Dmytro
