Emails sent out by WP-CRM

I have had an issue reported. Basically database data is fine but it looks like the notification being sent out does not populate [forenames]. This field has been populated on the form and its shows in the database. In addition I have checked the database for duplicate values that may cause issues.
The issue was reported by admin and its unclear if the email is the notification sent to admin or the actual user. If its to admin, is this behaviour expected?
