Well, Go Daddy forced a new user email so they say it’s not their issue. They recommend a full reinstall, which I did. I still have the same issues. If I go premium, can you please help? I just want your form to work with my site.

Could you, please, install the Postman Plugin and check if you are receiving emails at all or not?
We just want to kindly mention that usually the issues which are connected to sending and receiving emails existed in the free version will exist in the pro version of the plugin as well.
Thus, we will be glad to resolve the issue in the free version of the plugin.

Could you check, please, if in the sent emails list you can find the one sent from “Sent email from” field’s email address? If the status of that email is not failed then the plugin works. It will be great if you provide the screenshots of your General Options for us to check if all configurations are correct or not.
