    I installed and set up the plugin and made a purchase. The payment was received in Square and the order status was changed to Processing. However, neither the admin nor the customer received the email that the order was placed. These emails worked correctly when I was using PayPal. How do I fix this?

    Thank you for contacting us, as we have tested the scenario on our stagging environment admin received the email as well as the customer received the email. We are unable to replicate the issue on our end have you checked the spam folder?
