    Hello there,

Thank you for contacting MailPoet support. I will be happy to help you with this.

When you say none of the MailPoet 3 email notifications are sending at all, do you mean that post notification emails are not sending?

Just to be sure you’re using the MailPoet Sending Service right?

Did you switch it from the server side cron to visitors to your website?

If No, can you setup the server side cron: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/257-setting-the-server-side-cron-linux-cron

Let me know if this works for you.

    Hello again,
I will restate my case. I have tried to use both the server side cron and the visitors settings, neither one are working. I would be happy to share login details with you so that you can look and find the solution.
    Thanks

    Hi again @whiteheart 👋🏽

If the visitors or MailPoet task scheduler methods are not working you should definitely look into the Cron option.

Can you please try that again and check with your hosting that the cron is actually working?

Please keep us posted, we’ll be glad to keep troubleshooting this issue with you.

    Thanks

    Hi there @whiteheart,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
