Anything new showing up in your PHP error logs? That original error you showed very clearly shows the problem on your end. Has not gone away?

That error appeared just once when we first installed the plugin. It has not appeared in the many dozens of times I’ve tried to use the plugin. Quite a mystery! The server techs have been bending over backward trying to find anything that could be causing the problem.

That error was resolved with the tweaks that the server techs did:
    Installed the PHP module ffmpeg.
Whitelisted the Mod security ID in the server.
Corrected the permission of upload folder.

But the plugin still does not work…and there are no php errors…no
    Apache errors.

Are you absolutely positive they aren’t going to spam?

    (@clearwat)

Yes. positive. And there are no Offer messages in the server mail logs.

There must be some sort of an error happening when the mailer sends the mail then, but in order to track that down we’d have to get into the code on your server, add some debug code, and then troubleshoot accordingly.

In order for us to do something like that you would need to place an order for premium support.

If it turns out being a bug in the plugin I would refund that, however, I am not getting any other reports of this…or I should say the other reports I’ve had of this always come down to a server issue or SPAM.

Thanks again for your response. I will consider premium support after the holidays.

    hello

    i have the same problem

    emails aren’t been send

@joachimk, I would tell you the same thing I’ve already mentioned in here. Need to check PHP error logs, mail logs, make sure they’re not going to SPAM, make sure they’re all enabled in the email settings, etc.

If none of that helps then there must be something unique going on with your server causing it, and we would need you to submit an order for premium support to troubleshoot that for you.

If it turns out to be a bug in our plugin we would refund the payment, but in all cases where we’ve seen this it wasn’t a bug, but a problem with the server.
