• Hi,

I’ve set up the free version so far to test it but I don’t seem to be getting any of the test mails.

Does this only work with customer email addresses which are already stored on the back end in Woocommerce? I am testing it with a ‘guest’ email address which is entered on the website at checkout but where there isn’t an account opened at the same time.

If it does not work for guest/new email addresses on the free version, can you tell me if the paid version has this capability?

    Many thanks in advance

    Hi netmined,
the free version works only with customer registered on the shop.
In the premium version there’s the possibility to grab the email in the checkout page if the customer is a guest.
Infact, activating the “Enable Guest” option, you will be able to recover the abandoned carts of all unregistered users. In order to do that, they must add their email in the related checkout field before closing the page.

    Regards
