Emails aren’t being sent from page

Hi,

We have WooCommerce on this website and emails are not being sent to the customer or the provider. We have emails sending through Sendgrid. Occasionally some test emails get through. Even using the WordPress debugger did not return any results. Using an email log indicated that the emails were being sent but not received. Any help is appreciated.
