I use Fluent on all my sites, but suddenly it stops working on one.
The strange thing is that if I go to the logs, everything is blank, even if I try to send a text email…
    What can I do?
    Thanks

    Hello @ricsca2,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear that you are encountering issues with FluentSMTP on one of your sites, especially since you are a long-time user of our suite. I understand how frustrating it is when your email logs show up blank even after attempting a test send, and I would be happy to help you get this resolved.

To ensure we can identify the root cause of this behavior as quickly as possible, could you please provide us with a bit more context?

If feasible, we kindly request that you share a video demonstration or some screenshots of the issue. Specifically, if you notice any error messages appearing in your browser console, or if there is any unusual behavior when you attempt to send a test email, capturing that in a screenshot or video would be immensely helpful.

This visual information will allow our technical team to see exactly what is happening behind the scenes and will assist us in delivering the most precise assistance for your specific environment.

Once we have those details, we will be able to investigate further and get your mail delivery back on track. Your collaboration is truly appreciated, and I look forward to your update.

As you can see from this video, the test email appears to start, but then the log is empty.
The WordPress emails for updates or new registrations sent by WordPress reach me as the administrator.

    Hello @ricsca2,

After reviewing the video you provided, it is indeed quite strange that the process appears to trigger, yet no corresponding entry is captured in the logs. Since WordPress system emails (like registration or update notifications) are still reaching you, this suggests that your site’s default PHP mail function might still be active, while FluentSMTP may be encountering a specific environmental conflict or a silent failure during the dispatch process.

To get to the bottom of this, we need to take a closer look at your site’s specific environment. As this requires a more secure and in-depth investigation, I kindly request that you create a support ticket directly on our WPManageNinja Support Portal.

When you open the ticket, please include the following details so our expert team can expedite the investigation:

    • WordPress Debug Log: If there are any underlying errors, they may be captured there.
    • Active Plugins List: Just in case there is a conflict with another security or optimization plugin.

Once you have submitted the ticket, please let me know the ticket ID, and I will ensure it receives the necessary attention. We are committed to getting your email delivery back on track as quickly as possible.

We look forward to hearing from you and assisting you further!
