    I have yet to activate the emails but overall the plugin looks very promising.

    However, I am seeing all test emails are being sent to the spam folder.

    My worry is that abandoned customers will never receive the email to recover.

    Is there a way to change the location it was sent from?

    I know you can set who the email is sent from and reply etc but it still shows from same location.

    Yes, you can set From Email and Reply-To address from the settings tab. Please check this screenshot for the reference.
