Emails always come from admin address

    I have a couple of forms across multiple different web sites. Every time I submit a contact form, the ‘from’ address is the admin email address set in the WordPress general settings.

    I have tried many different combinations of options but nothing works, I expected the email address I enter in the ‘From Email’ field on the ‘Email Notifications Settings’ tab of the current form to be used but it not.

    Here’s the debug info;
