    Hi,

    Please go to Dashboard > Questions > Settings > Emails and enable “Send a copy of every email to admin.”

    Hi,

    Thanks for you answer, but unfortunately it still doesn’t solve my problem.I will attach 2 pictures to show you what we tried:

    Email settings ->

    New question notification ->

    My question is now should we put more emails as site admin and if that how can we do it?

    And I have one more question can we add more question status from admin?
    By default we have open,resolved…..
    The question is that is this possible in free version or just in the pro version or it is not possible at all?
