I want to set up a site so that after someone makes a purchase in woo commerce they have the ability to email another user on the site. I’m thinking I would restrict the message option. Once their subscription runs out, they won’t be an active user and access would be denied.
If woo commerce sets up customers as subscribers and I create the other user (who I want them to connect with) would this plugin work so that add the message shortcode to a page with restrictions in order to email within wordpress (never leaving the site or showing an email address to vendor or customer?

    Hello @sherry22

Ultimate member does not have a subscription system and it does not have a direct message feature on the free version, you will need to add an extension ( private messages ) for that. The extension adds a chat system but not an email. You can make the restrictions on which role can send messages.

You can make restrictions based on user role and you can set up to upgrade to a specific role if a user purchases a certain product, you will need “Woocommerce” extension for that. You can check the details about extension features on Ultimate member website.
