Hi @nthe4310

You’ll hear from one of my colleagues soon!
I can send emails from the website so far the problem seems to be specific to the attendance list being sent via email. I enter the email or select a user to email but the field isn’t populating. When I look at the email log it has no email address in the ‘to’ column and has a cross stating ’empty recipients’.
Hi @nthe4310,
We’ve created an internal ticket GTRIA-1256 to address this issue, and I’ve included your specific use case in it to communicate it to our team.
We prioritize bugs by considering the number of users impacted, as well as how the bug impacts one’s ability to run an event/sell tickets. I’m still unable to send an attendee list. Is this bug still unfixed?
I am also still unable to email attendance lists.
