    Hi,

    I wanna ask if I do something wrong. First of all I LOVE PMS. Right now using FREE version.

    I have email notification when new user starts to use and pay for subscription.
    works OK and it is automatic.
    The second is when I cancel their subscription.
    works OK and email is automaticly delivered.
    Problem is with the third obtion when subscriptions expire. It sends automaticly email about receiving the payment /the first one/ and not that subscription is expired.

    Could you help me with that?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Did you tried to deactivate all other plugins and use a Default WordPress theme? Maybe there is a theme/plugin conflict. This is happening in Live or Test mode?

    Please open a support ticket regarding this issue.

    I am using live mode, default theme and I have deactivated all plugins. Today arrived the same email. When I change the date manualy the right email is delivered. Only when it expires automaticly wrong email is delivered.
    Ive created ticket but no response since then.

    Hi,

    Monday there will be an update for PMS that will fix this issue. Update to the latest version and do a test payment to see if you are receiving the correct email notification.
