Email unque download link?

    I want to email a download link from a wordpress site. The link should be unique so you can only download the file one or a few times from that link.
    I also want to collect all email adresses that requests the download.

    Have searched for plugins that do this but found nothing on the unique download and WP Opt-in for mailing.

    Anyone got a plugin to suggest?
