Email to download doesn’t work

Hi everybody,

I have installed email to download and it worked for a while but not any more….

I receive an email but when i click on the download link, I am redirected to 404 page and no download.

My Short code :
[email-download download_id=”386″ contact_form_id=”250″ ]

The redirected page
https://my-website/download/386/ (this page doesn’t exist)

I noticed I couldn’t clear downloads logs any more…. (I checked in database)

Is somebody can helps ?
