do you have custom field with name “email” ? Can you receive any email from your site for example when you try to reset password etc.

Best regards,

Hi,

in order for customer to receive emails you need to have.

• custom field called “email”
• mark option Send email to user
• If you have custom email in Send from that should be valid email for example : “example@test.com” or “Some name<example@test.com>” (without quotes).

If all that is fine, can you open Tools page in settings and see if there are some error messages regarding email?

Best regards,
Nikola

Hi, Nikola.
Customers don’t recieve emails. There is custom field called “E-mail”, option “Send email to user” is marked. Send from has a valid address. I recive mail from site, but customers don’t.

In Tools have this error:
———— ERROR #27 ————
TYPE: MAIL
ERRORS: {“2”:[“You must provide at least one recipient email address.”]}
ERRORS_DATA: {“2”:{“to”:[“”],”subject”:”Бронь №30″,”message”:”mail”,”headers”:[],”attachments”:[]}}
———- ERROR #27 END ———-
