This issue may be related to several factors and in order to find out which one could cause the issue please:
1) check if your administrator email is correct (try to change it to another email address)
2) check your spam folder
3) check your SMTP settings (go to your WordPress admin dashboard > users > Create a new user > see if you are getting an auto-message to the email address which was written when creating a new user)

thanks for this incredible plugin, it works everything perfect, however I have the same problem, i can not make to received email for every submision to my email, i have read your instruction and I have checked that the mail was correct and also I have created a new user and i did get the email from wordpress, can you help me ?? any advise??
