email subscription plugin double opt in not working

Hi 🙂

I’ve loaded and activated email subscribers plugin but the double opt in is not working. When the person clicks on the confirmation link in the email, it sends them to a page that isn’t in existence.

I understand that this issue has something to do with the permalink of the double opt in, but I don’t understand what to do to correct the issue.
