Email sends but still get "Error ! invalid captcha code . "

    With or without Captcha enabled, even if you put in the right captcha, or just send a message without captcha enabled, the email is sent out to email address with no problems — EXCEPT — the ERROR ! INVALID CAPTCHA CODE keeps showing, and the Contact Us tab does not refresh… YET I still get the email to address coming through.

    ANY suggestions?
