Email sender it's wrong

I set Postman SMTP with Google OAuth 2.0 Client ID and it works very fine, but now the email address of sender it’s my-email@gmail.com and not my-email@mydomain.com…
I’d like to send emails from my siteweb email address (e.g. my-email@mydomain.com), what do I wrong???
