    Hello, I’d like to add Pay Now link or button to Customer Invoice after successful Checkout..

    will that be possible and if it requires code please I’m not techy would appreciate if you’re help me out

    Let me quickly brief what I’m trying to do
    I have a website that needs admin to write back through email if they offer is accepted or not but before then I have a form that automatically leads to checkout

    1. I don’t want user to pay on checkout so I chose pay on delivery

    2. But after they checkout I want a payment link to be sent to user mail so when admin write back they can proceed to payment with the previous Invoice and payment link sent to them

    Will that be possible to do and please I’m not techy

    Hi @debby222,

    Checking out without payment and asking for that payment later is not core WooCommerce functionality, however you can issue invoices manually and then send the invoice which contains a payment link.

    The kind of purchasing pattern you are describing most closely resembles a quote feature, where your customer puts together their order and you can send the invoice later. Apart from coding a solution, you could look into quote plugins like Request a Quote to fit your needs.

    Since providing a payment link after an order is placed by the customer is custom functionality outside the scope of core WooCommerce, I’m marking this as resolved – however if you have any further questions please let us know with a reply or open a new topic.
