Email notifications not properly sent

  • Hi there,
    I’m using Direct Bank Transfer as the payment method, and it seems that even though the order status is set to Pending, the Processing email notification is sent out immediately with every new order. When I change the order status to Processing, no email is sent out.

    Is the above intentional by design?

    Note: The New Order email to admin and Completed Order emails work as intended.

  • After 2 days, I finally found a solution!

    The correct trigger to send email when status change to processing is:

    add_action( ‘woocommerce_order_status_on-hold_to_processing_notification’, array( $this, ‘trigger’ ) );

    As well I add ‘woocommerce_order_status_on-hold_to_processing’ to the $email-actions in woocommerce.php:524.
