We have investigated the issue further and we could not replicate the issue. The email notification is successfully sending to the recipients.
Please try to enable any email login plugins(eg: WP Mail Logging, Email Log ) and check the logs if the notification is sending or not.
If you are still facing the issue, We recommended deactivating the Subscriptions Renewal Reminders plugin and activate it again(*Note: No need to delete the plugin)

Hi,
I tried to activate the plugin again, but still have the same problem. I installed WP mail log plugin but the emails are not been sending.
Is there any chance that you can give remote support with anydesk, so we can double check this issue?

If you have a staging site, then access to that would also be sufficient. We will also need to get temporary admin login details for your site.
