Hi. I’m about to deploy an ecommerce website with this plugin as its main gateway. I need the basics and woo mercado pago seems to do a great job. So first of all, my congrats to you. I’m having some trouble, though, with email notifications when this scenario turns up: “a buyer wants to buy one product and gets FUND payment response (meaning his credit card doesn’t have enough funds). the seller gets an email with <order failed> subject. So far so good. But when the buyer wants to pay (still in MercadoPago’s checkout page) the same product within the same order number, say with another credit card, and the payment is approved, the seller receives his -new order- email notification BUT the buyer doesn’t receive anything”. Something similar is happening when the buyer cancells the order (still in MercadoPago’s checkout page) after a failed payment response. In this case, the seller DOES NOT receive any email notification about the cancelled order. it’s important to mention that all woocommerce order registers, however, do update their status with no trouble at all. Could this be a bug or is it meant to be this way? Thank you in advance. Hope to hearing from you. Regards.

    Hi interbaro,
    How are you?

Emails are somewhat complex as it involves overwriting some WooCommerce core files. It seems that you’re looking for a better integration with order status flow. I will check your issue and will put it in our backlog, to develop a solution that should be available in next updates (August or September).

    Best regards!
