Hello, we released version “1.7.6” two hours ago, this update contains several bug fixes and hopefully one of them, specially this one [1], will fix the issues that were discussed in this ticket.
Basically I was confused with the name of the native WordPress functions that supposedly were designed to work in a multisite installation, but actually they were not designed for that work. After I wrote several unit-tests to check the functionality of the plugin in a network I found that “update_site_option” was not working as expected.
Let me know what do you think so we can mark this ticket as resolved, or to continue investigating the issue for the next version.

I think we can mark it resolved. The fix that I installed has been working just fine. I will go ahead and and update to the latest version and if there are any issues then we can start a new thread. Thanks again for the attention that you gave this issue. You have definitely earned high praise for the support of your plugin and I will gladly continue to recommend it to others.
