Email Notification for Custom Post Type

    Howdy,

    I have everything installed / updated. I also have BuddyPress installed which has it’s own set of email notifications that can be edited.

    I tried to make a comment on my custom post type and I still get the standard email notification. Anything I can do to test / fix this?

    Can you confirm that you’ve set up your own notification for comments / comment replies using BNFW?

    Is this a comment on a custom post type that you’ve created or one of the BuddyPress post types?

    this is a commment on a custom post type that I’ve created.

    I setup a notification for new comments on said post type.

    It sounds like a possible plugin or theme conflict to me.
    Can you follow the steps in this post and let me know how you get on?

    Just remembered that you might want to check the settings for comments as per the FAQ: https://wordpress.org/plugins/bnfw/faq/

    It sounds like you may have a checkbox ticked somewhere.
