There is no such thing as a quiz result description. There can be only quiz results or quiz question description.
Please note you can only place {quiz_result} in your email notifications. When it comes to quiz question description you need to place that part manually.

I see. To clarify, I created a personality quiz and it includes a title and description. When someone completes the quiz, they put in their email to get the results / notification and unfortunately {quiz_result} only shows the personality name that they got from the quiz in that email, not the description that came with the personality quiz result nor the image.

I’m afraid at the moment only the following are supported:
{quiz_name}
{quiz_answer}
{quiz_result}
You’ll have to edit the Email template and manually add a generic description before {quiz_result}
What you could do is, create multiple Email Notifications and add Conditions to the Email notification to only get sent based on the Personality result, so that you could add custom images, descriptions or any text according to your requirements for each Personality email.
